Minoritees.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express as well as payments via PayPal.
Pricing Policy
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. If paying by credit card, your order will be automatically charged to your account in U.S. dollars at the current exchange rate (including all duty and taxes).
Minoritees and minoritees.com reserves the right to change our prices at any time without notice.
Shipping & Partial Shipment Policy
Orders placed on minoritees.com will ship within 3 business days for in-stock items; the exception being holidays. Minoritees.com offers standard 2 to 4 business day shipping via the USPS Priority Mail.
In the event of an 'out-of-stock' or 'backordered' item, we will contact you directly about whether you'd like a partial shipment of instock items, a complete shipment when all items are re-stocked, an exchange for an alternate item or cancellation of your order. there are no additional shipping charges for items on backorder that ship subsequent to your initial shipment.
U.S. Domestic Shipping Costs
You will receive your order in four to seven business days from the date of order. or, we'll expedite your shipping for an additional charge.
U.S. Shipping Costs :
- orders of $100.00 or more recieve free shipping
- USPS Priority Mail $4.95 plus $1.00 per item
- USPS Express Mail overnight delivery for a flat-rate of $27.95
(please note the order must be recieved by 4pm est the day prior)
International Orders
Currently, minoritees.com ships orders to Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe , New Zealand and Australia. The cost of international shipping is $36.95 for unders under 2lbs in weight. larger orders will be billed per calculated shipping cost.
Shipment Tracking
We will notify you of your order confirmation via email. if you require additional order and/or shipping status information, please don't hesitate to customer service via email.
Notes About Shipping
- Minoritees uses various forms of delivery confirmation depending on the method of shipment. If an order is not recieved within a reasonable amount of time, we will verify the path through which your order was shipped in addition to whether the order was officially recieved at the shipping address listed.
- Minoritees is responsible for delivery up through the confirmation of delivery. Minoritees is not responsible for any packages lost, damaged or stolen after delivery.
- Very large orders are subject to different shipping charges.
- About canadian orders:
Please make sure your shipping address is complete. We need your email address and phone number so that our customer service representatives can keep you informed of your order status. You will receive an email from us as soon as your order has been shipped. We ship usps ground service directly to your door. Please allow ten days from the date of your order. Shipments to p.o. boxes, the Yukon, and northwest territories are shipped via Canada Post, and will experience a delay for handling of duty and gst.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
About Returns & Refunds :.
Minoritees will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for full refund or exchange, on all merchandise purchased over from our online stores withing 30 days of shipment. We fully accept any defective items for full exchange or in the case of an discontinued item - and item of your choosing of equal value. in all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Please note: Items marked clearance as well as underwear are final sale. they can only be exchanged in the case of a manufacturers's defect. In the event the item is no long in stock - the product will be replaced for another item of equal value or online store credit will be issued.

The return procedure is as follows:
- Email customer service at customerservice@minoritees.com including your order number in the subject line. make a quick note of the item you would like to return.
include one of the following return codes:- 01 refund of unworn/unwashed merchandise
( 1 - 30 days from shipment )
- 02 exchange of unworn/unwashed merchandise
( 1 - 30 days from shipment )
- 03 exchange of defective merchandise
( 1 - 30 days from shipment )
- Please note that items that have been altered in any way from it's original condition will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Minoritees.com will occasionally send replacement products while waiting for the initially purchased product to be returned. If the initially purchased item is not received by minoritees.com, you will be charged an additional fee for the replacement item.
- Customer service will respond to you email with an ra (return authorization) code. package your merchandise and return ship it to us at the address provided in your ra confirmation email. be sure to include the ra code on the address label.
- We will provide a refund (in the form of original payment) or replacement upon reciept of your returned merchandise.
Returns & Refunds Disclaimer
We reserve the right to deny service to fraudulent claims or any customer who abuses our return policy (i.e. repeatedly returning or exhanging an item).
- All items marked clearance are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or given store credit.
- Underwear cannot be returned unless due to a manufacturer's defect. as a rule of thumb - order one size larger than your estimated waist size for briefs only.
- We do not reimburse or refund you for any shipping fees, including return shipping fees. minoritees is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. minoritees recommends that you send your return using a carrier that offers tracking or elect that option as offered by the usps.
- Please allow up to 14 business days after we receive your return for your replacement or refund to be processed. if you are eligible for a refund, we will take every step possible to process all refunds within 10 business days of the reciept of returned items. please tote that credit card companies can take up to 30 days to process a credit from a merchant.
